The Job Shoppe

Since April 2022, I have had the opportunity to work with The Job Shoppe. One of the strengths I noticed was their ability to provide prompt and professional services with a strong commitment to ethical conduct. Additionally, they have a skilled and dedicated team that excels at establishing positive rapport with their employees. Which has been beneficial for us. Based on the aforementioned, I strongly suggest The Job Shoppe as a reliable agency to work with . The company's level of professionalism reflects their earned confidence from their employees . They maintain a high degree of safety standards, and their representatives are easily reachable and available around the clock. We can rely on their prompt and efficient response. Overall, I can confidently recommend The Job Shoppe without any misgivings.

Had a bad experience always while working with this agency! If you have observed then they have replied only to 5 star ratings but didn't have courtesy to respond to the critics, the same way I had faced an issue while I used to work at peak processing through this agency, even though I had complained on email and was told to forward the matter to HR, I haven't received any response from them...not only that, (as a part of favouritism of recruiter / manager) only few selected ones were used to get work shifts but rarely few shifts (randomly) to others. Btw was an international student at that time but now have already got a field job based on my educational qualification and help of other recruitment agency. I don't recommend to get help of them regarding employment.

I know various individuals who have struggled to get access to sign up at this agency. They make it difficult for select individuals. Firstly, when you go to their location to sign up, you can't get access to their building. When you call them, you don't get anyone on the line, and when they call you to come sign up, they tell you that you have to be there within 1-2 hours the same day. You guys can do better and should do better because you're developing a bad reputation for racial profiling.

All fake. They don't even exists at the given address. I visited the address given ,nothing was there. I tried to contact them phone nothing worked out. FAKE As mentioned by you even your phone system is not working, dont lie. Any one can try and check. Also there is no renovation is going on the address, there is not even a single trace of your office being ever existed at the address available on google. I enquired from the bussinesses operating their at the plaza and came to know that you office is moved but where no one knows????? If your basic contacts - address and phone are ???? Who knows your email etc is working or not. I updated reviews just to save others precious time and money which they may spend visiting your fake address in the hope of finding some help in job search 🤔

I have had nothing but a positive experience working for the Job Shoppe. Everyone I have had contact with has helped me be successful and given me the tools and training to do so . Simple things like returning and email in a timely manner makes a difference and makes you feel important, not just a number on a spread sheet. Laura and Amanda are both legit Rockstars and have been so supportive during my time with The Job Shoppe.

Not a Good Staffing agency, I would give 0 stars if I could I would not reccommend this agency. Not because of the jobs they offer or the recruitment and application process, it's because there is no way to get in touch witrh anybody there. Their hours are 8am - 5pm. I called at 8:15am approx a month ago, just to get some information for a couple of job poistings I was interested. I called the number, no answer, no response, just the automated message suggesting press 1 for recruitment agent. So I press 1 and immediately "All recruiters are busy helping other clients. Leave 1 message with your name and number and we will return your call." I leave a very simple message "Hello, my name is Khen. I am wanting to get some information about your postings. If I could be contacted back theat would be appreciated. I can be reached at (647) ***-****" Not a return call or anything. How "busy is this place" or is this place just a scam? Even going to the Tecumseh loaction, the location is being updated construstion wise, and recruiters are working remotely. I understand that, but can I get a phone call back. Is 1 phone call too much to ask from a staffing agency that is supposed to take pride in finding employment for people? Very Unprofessional, Do Not Use This Agency
